FAQ

• The customer is responsible for return shipping
• Free shipping on most items over $99
• Returns are accepted for orders no older than 30 days from purchase, and products must be returned like new with the original packaging
• Shipping is calculated at checkout, cost is determined by size and weight of the package
• We typically ship USPS, if the order is too large for a flat rate bag we will probably ship UPS
• Absolutely no returns on Climbing equipment. Including Harnesses, Carabiners, and Belay Devices
• We can Ship to Canada, Email [email protected] with the delivery location and the items you're interested in and we will get back to you with a shipping quote.
