FAQ

• The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 
• Free shipping on most items over $99, exclusions apply to heavy and oversized items.
• Returns are accepted for orders up to 30 days from purchase. Products must be returned in new condition with the original packaging.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout, cost is determined by size and weight of the package.
• We typically ship USPS, if the order is larger than a flat rate bag we may use UPS. 
• All climbing equipment is final sale, excluding shoes. 
• We can ship to Canada, email [email protected] with the delivery location and the items you're interested in and we will get back to you with a shipping quote.
